The release of child killer and child molester Richard Dobeski has made the police come with a warning to parents as they fear for children's safety.

Parents need to be aware of Dobeski as a repeat offender he is likely to commit new crimes forward children 

Richard Dobeski was only 16 years old when he killed the neighbors two little kids a three-year-old and a 6-year-old. The killings are mentioned as one of most horrific crimes in memory for the otherwise peaceful town of Long Beach, Indiana
